🚀 Excited to share my recent project with Shopee Xpress! 🚀

As part of my Product Management Team internship at Shopee Xpress, I had the opportunity to work on an impactful project optimizing RFID technology to improve logistics efficiency. Here are some highlights from the project:

🎯 Project Focus: We aimed to optimize the line haul (LH) scheduling process by introducing a mass query function for more accurate trip planning, ultimately reducing cost per order (CPO) and increasing load rates.

🔍 Challenges:

• The LH team needed to schedule trips a week in advance without precise information on the number of Transfer Orders (TOs), leading to excess trips and higher costs.

• The solution was to streamline and enhance the SOC N’s logistics process using RFID for mass scanning.

💡 Solution: By developing a mass search function on the PDA devices used in the warehouse, we were able to provide:

• Quick estimations of total TOs remaining

• Detailed overviews of TOs per Service Point (SP)

• A function to export data to Excel for efficient trip assignments

📈 Impact:

• Increased load rate 📦

• Reduced CPO 💰

• More accurate and efficient trip planning

Learnings: This project allowed me to sharpen my problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to corporate workflows. Additionally, I learned how to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders—a key skill for any Product Manager.
